About
ABC Company is a leading regional supermarket focused on offering high-quality products and a personalized shopping experience. Aside from the usual inventory that grocery stores carry, ABC Company strives to create a new experience for their customers.
However, they want more research to understand their customers’ pain points and needs.
How
After conducting a Business and Competitors analysis, and a User Research (via online surveys, interviews and gathering data), I defined their customers’ pain points and needs and built Personas ; which provide us with a precise way of thinking and communicating about how groups of users behave, how they think, what they want to accomplish, and why.
I found it’s becoming more and more important to have an easy access to healthy food that preserves environment and adapts to allergies and specific diets of everyone.
So I designed a meal delivery app adapted to their customers needs.

Me.all food selection is based on the users’ needs, and takes into account every aspect of major specific diets or allergies, so that people only focus on meals and ingredients they might like.
Thanks to the filters, they can modify and tailor this selection at any time (for friends or colleagues for example).
